- Delineated Area Map U. S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE SPACE KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expressions of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. AMOUNT: Approximately 15,000 rentable square feet of office and related space that yields a minimum of 12,863 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet for use by the agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. First floor, contiguous space is preferred. A minimum of 75 on-site surface parking spaces shall be available for Government use. The office shall be professional office space and be located in a building that projects a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance. LOCATION: Offered space must be within the following delineated area of Kansas City, Missouri: Properties within a 45 mile radius from 9221 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO: Properties located outside of the state of Missouri will not be considered. Additional exclusions are properties within a 15 mile radius from the following: (1) Intersection of Oak Street and 12th Street in downtown Kansas City, MO. (2) 9221 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO (3) Intersection of MO Hwy 150 and Botts Road, Kansas City, MO. A map of the above described delineated area is attached for reference. REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Additionally, various security enhancements shall also be required. TERM: The lease shall be for a term of ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm term.
