Description

REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Bristol County Office in Dighton, MA, is interested in leasing approximately 1,654 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield 1,500 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality contiguous office space with 12 on-site paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries on the North By: I-495; South By: I-195; East By: Route 24; West By: Route 138. - Ten (10) year term OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Preference will be given to first floor space - Space must be contiguous OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required by 10/1/2010.
