- Description
- A sources sought notice is being published by the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (USAINSCOM), National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). The USAINSCOM requires professional and technical services in continuing the Rivanna Station Installation Support Services (RISS) program. The contractor shall provide for continuation of support for the following on-site services: 1. Program management support for the planning, organizing, staffing, coordination, directing, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project. 2. Project administration for the performance of complex administrative activities such as conference, event, security program planning, coordination and clerical administration. 3. Medical administration support for the coordination, planning, and administrative activities relating to medical and dental care. 4. Travel administration support providing organizational and administrative services for the Defense Travel System (DTS). 5. CADD operations support for the performance of all phases of CAD operations, use of engineering software related to CAD operations and electronic file management. 6. Budgetary administration services carrying out management responsibilities of the full budget cycle (planning, formulation, presentation and execution). 7. Logistics services providing for the integration of information, transportation, inventory, warehousing, material moving and handling, and packaging support for the management of the flow of goods and other resources. 8. Warehousing services providing support in the area of inventory, storing, unpacking, rotating, safekeeping, locating, issuing, preparing, shipping, material return and disposal of supplies and equipment. 9. Administrative services providing business administrative support services. 10. Facility engineering providing commercial moving and driving services, facility operation services and mail room transport services. This requirement is anticipated to be a 100% 8(a) set-aside. Based on the information provided, 8A firms having capabilities to perform this work and desiring to be considered are requested to submit a response in the form of a capabilities statement of no more than eight (8) pages (on one side, 8 by 11 size paper, 12 point Arial font). Please identify whether your organization can provide some or all of the requirements listed in this notice. Only electronic responses will be accepted.
