Description
MOD (NOTE The Title was also changed) The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 to the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, 401 Tiltrotor Drive, Plant A, Amarillo, TX 79111 on an other than full and open competitive basis for integration and test of the V-22 Dual-Digital Map, Electrical System Improvements, Troop Commander Panel, and Holdup Power Circuit. This effort includes, but not limited to, system improvements, program management, integration, documentation, qualification, characterization, and test efforts. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the only source that possesses the technical data and requisite knowledge required to perform this effort. For possible subcontracting opportunities, please contact Mike Snell at msnell@bellhelicopter.textron.com or (817) 280-1074. See note 22.
