- Description
- This award was a result of a competitive Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MTOC) action.. This is a FIXED PRICE task order. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the recondition of stairwells at 3200, 6700 & 6900 Blocks. Also other work includes re-attach any conduit found to be loose or hanging from wall; replace all damaged and missing or discolored wall plates for wall switches or receptacles with new nylon plate; replace missing or damaged thermostats to match existing; replace damages or install fire extinguisher boxes; re-lamp all interior stairwell lights with new bulbs; clean, prep and paint interior wall surfaces with two (2) top coats including but not limited to transite wall panels; CMU, concrete, GWB trim, door frames, surfaces adjacent to painted surfaces electrical, fire extinguishing sprinkle system, valves, conduit, hangers, supports exposed copper piping and misc metal items not otherwise specified excluding floors, hot metal surfaces, and new prefinished equipment; clean, prime and paint existing steel handrails located in the interior stairwells and landings; clean any mold-impacted wall surfaces consisting of CMU, transite panels consisting of wet wiping, scrubbing; remove all paint from stairs, if lead paint is present remove per all stated & federal regulations, codes and specification; replace missing or damaged exterior door hardware; caulk around surfaces all windows with silicone caulking; replace missing malfunctioning or broken window locks and replace window glazing found to be damaged, broken, cracked or chipped.
