- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine HUB ZONE business interest and capabilities for the required services. The United States Army Signal Activity Southern Command (ASA-SOUTHCOM) in Miami, FL has a requirement to implement HEAT Service Desk System v9.x, HEAT Self Service, Heat Plus Knowledge, HEAT Plus Knowledge for HSS (HEAT Self Service), SMART Toolkit, and FrontRange License Manager Suite. This effort shall include the software purchase and licensing, installation, configuration, integration, customization, testing, and customer training of a turn-key system for Helpdesk, Configuration Management, and Customer use. The contractor shall install the service in two locations at the ASA-SOUTHCOM (the USSOUTHCOM HQ building, 3511 NW 91st St, Doral, FL 33172 and the new SOUTHCOM HQ building located in the vicinity of 9555 NW 33rd St, Doral, FL 33172). This is a highly complex effort, and must be completed by December 2010. NAICS Code is 511210. Small Business Size standard is $25M. Firms responding should indicate whether they are, or are not, a Government certified small business (8(a), small disadvantaged business, HUBZone), or ownership and self-certified small business (such as minority -owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, or woman-owned). Any information submitted by respondents to this source sought notice is voluntary. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information provided. Respondents should not construe this notice as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Capabilities Package: All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates capabilities and expertise related to this effort.
