******THE BELOW SYNOPSIS IS BEING AMENDED TO REMOVE THE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE AND CHANGE THIS PROCUREMENT TO UNRESTRICTED. THE TRADE AGREEMENT WILL BE APPLICABLE TO THIS PROCUREMENT.****** North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333512, FSC 3416. Brand Name or Equal: Murata MW120GT Twin Spindle CNC Turning Center, Quantity (1), FOB Destination, Blue Grass Army Depot, Richmond, Kentucky. The Purchase Description that contains ALL the requirements will be issued at the same time as the solicitation via the websites listed below. Electronic bid submission will ONLY be accepted in response to this solicitation IF and ONLY IF the completed solicitation is included as an attachment in its ENTIRETY. Otherwise, all proposals must be faxed or mailed in by the specified date and time. This statement supersedes any other guidance regarding electronic bid submission. ******This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and is unrestricted.***** All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
