Description

B&W Y-12, L.L.C., (hereafter know as "Y-12"; for additional company information go to www.y12.doe.gov), acting under its Prime Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22800 with the United States Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA), is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) for leasing of modular office facility(s). Work consists of providing and installing four (4) modular office facilities. Each facility shall be approximately 60' X 240' to include offices, conference rooms, administrative areas and restroom facilities, office furniture and furnishings. Work to be executed in three (3) phases: Phase 1; two (2) facilities (2010), Phase 2; two (2) facilities (2012), and Phase 3; removal of all facilities (2018). http://www1.y12.doe.gov/business/procurement/eoi6/
