Description
The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous space in a class "A" office building, located in a professional and aesthetically pleasing modern office environment in Niceville, Florida and the immediate area. The offered space must consist of approximately 2,412 rentable square feet and the space must yield 2,142 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet. A minimum of 4 surface parking spaces are required. The office space must be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Only existing space will be considered. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:Eglin Air Force Base Reservation South: Gulf of Mexico East:State Road 293 and Four Mile Village (Sandestine Blvd.) West:State Road 123 and State Road 189 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 15, 2011. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) contracting Officer or their authorized Broker representative, CB Richard Ellis. The GSA Contracting Officer is Millie Toro (#904-232-2344). All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the property’s ownership.
