Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space in Prestonsburg, KY. The Government is seeking to lease space for approximately 4,379 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 3,808 usable square feet of office, storage, break room, and conference area. Delineated Area: Optimal location consideration is of North of: Kentucky 321 to Maggie Mountain Road, South of: US Highway 23, East of: Kentucky 114 to Clark Drive, and West of: Theatre Court (Jenny Wiley State Park) to Kentucky 321. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided apart of the rental consideration as well as onsite parking. Occupancy: The space is required by December 1, 2010.
