Description: The U.S. Geological Survey, Kentucky Water Science Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Dr. Clifford Moses, Williamsburg Kentucky to consultant and conduct training of personnel for the production of Surface Water Data Records and Water Quality Records for twenty Water Surface Stations in various locations. This will allow entry level staff to gain experience and knowledge. Dr. Clifford Moses only known source for this requirement because of his previous experience as a Lead Hydrologic Technician, numerous projects with the introduction of continuous records and his familiarity with USGS maintained Surface Water Stations throughout Kentucky. There is one option period. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The NAICS code is 541712 The anticipated award date of the contract is 03/25/2010.
