Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA SCHEDULE 871 7 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES. This project is being funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This procurement is issued under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-2. In accordance with GSA's Acquisition letter V-09-01, dated April 9, 2009 titled American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Implementation; actions awarded under FAR 8.405-2 are considered competitive for the purpose of reporting ARRA rationale. This requirement is for on-site Construction Inspection Services to oversee construction of a Irrigation system covering 5000 acres at the National Elk Refuge, Jackson, Wyoming. Region 6 - USFWS will accept quotes via GSA's E-buy process for GSA contract holders. The NAICS code is 541330; size standard $4 million. Basis for award will be the lowest price offer which most closely meets the Government 's specifications and qualifications for the requirement.
