Description

Fuel Management Program dated 2/11/09 contains the processes related to the supplier's fuel usage as applied to this contract. CDS Terms & Conditions 5, Dated 2/18/10 contains the contract terms and conditions related to this offering. 'Forms That Must be Completed and Retuened contains all forms that must be downloaded, printed and submitted with an offeror's proposal. 'Read First 046C5 contains the cover letter, PS Form 7435, Solicitation Page, Statement of Work 046C5, and Wage Determination #44. The cover letter was modifed to explain what's in the full package and each of the four (4) files are referenced and defined. Route #- 046C5 Termini- Bernard, ME to Seal Cove, ME Response Deadline- 03/22/2010 @ 15:00 ET Contract Term- 04/03/2010 through 03/31/2013 This is a four year, regular, renewable contract to provide service in accordance with Terms & Conditions Issue 5, 2/18/10 and Statement of Work 046C5. Prospective offerors should open the "READ FIRST 046C5” file to determine whether they have interest in performing the required service. If interested, prospective offerors will need to take into account all instructions and references attached to this offering in order to formulate their offer.
