- Description
- The USDA, NRCS is interested in leasing approximately 2835 rentable square feet of space in Oxford, ME. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2400 ANSI/BOMA square feet to a maximum of 2500 ANSI/BOMA square feet. The Government requires six reserved overnight parking spaces for government-owned vehicles; access to seventeen additiona parking spaces for employees and visitors must be available within 4 walkable blocks. Lease term is for 10 years, with a 120 day termination clause. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, FIre Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility. Occupancy is required by November 1, 2010 unless the Government selects an offer for new construction and extends occupany to accomodate the construction.
