- Description
- The Scope of Work The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking firms, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business ONLY, with the ability to provide a "REPLACE POST INDICATOR VALVES" for James J. Peters VA Medical Center grounds. The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of these required services located at 130 Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10468. Applicants must have at least three (3) years of experience, it is preferred if the applicant has provided same or similar services to other VA Medical Centers throughout the United States. The applicant must also provide "REFERENCES" for providing same or similar services. Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, "REPLACE POST INDICATOR VALVES", then contain the following information within the body of the e-mail name of firm, complete address, phone & fax number of contact. Mandatory site visit will be on 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 11, 2010. Vendors must notify the service, Richard Beutel (718.584.9000 x:6609) @ Richard.Beutel@va.gov at least 24 hours before arrival.
