- This is a sources sought notice. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The US Army Contracting Command-Rock Island Contracting Center is seeking potential firms who have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to perform Stevedoring & Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) in Singapore. Initial requirements will be receipt, disposition, processing, loading and discharging of vessels, inland transportation, and container lease services in support of the Military Surface Deployment Distribution Command (SDDC) for relay and charters service between the Ports of Singapore and Diego Garcia at the Port of Singapore commercial terminal Brani and at Sembawang Naval Berth. Request that all interested offerors provide a capability statement which outlines their ability to provide S&RTS in the region. Please include in the capability statement Points of Contact who can provide additional information if requested. Information must be submitted by close of business 30 March 2010. Any response to this notice should reference the following: Singapore S&RTS. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.
