- Description
- Questions and Answers Regarding Item Four of the RFI notes: Item Four of the RFI: Increasing capacity/peak performance (greater than 75 amp/hours,20amp/500 watt peak, 100 watt nominal); Questions:Where is the desired operating voltage designated? What are the actual energy density requirements? Is there a preferred operating voltage? Is it desirable to maximize the energy density (energy storage capability) irrespective of the operating voltage? Answer:No desired/preferred operating voltage is designated. The topic is not bounded,as the actual requirements will be dictated by the design requirements and payload of the platform. The intent of the RFI is to gather information on possible alternative sources that could be pursued to address the current, limiting sources of power.
