- THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) ACTION. East Side Bridge Repairs Project, Plumas National Forest THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity was available only to contractors under firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts established by the US Forest Service. Multiple awards of IDIQ contracts were made under a single competitive solicitation for the same or similar supplies or services to two or more sources. The project is to complete repair and reconditioning work on six (6) East Side bridges on the Plumas National Forest. Work will consist of repair of decks and running surfaces, repair or replacement of railings and curbs, repair to concrete and wood superstructure and substructure, minor cleaning of superstructure, replacement of signs, and placing riprap rock for erosion protection. The project location is the Plumas National Forest. A firm fixed price Task Order for $124,220.50 was awarded to Wilburn Construction Inc. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
