- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – AG-82A7-S-10-0040 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5 as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-82A7-S-10-0040. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38. NAICS is 423610 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. Solicitation is for a commercial purchase of Lighting Fixtures and Lamps (see specifications below). This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Quotes must be good for 30 days after the close of the solicitation. Delivery: Please include delivery time. Place of delivery, performance, and acceptance is free on board (FOB) Destination, Pine Knot Job Corps Center, 132 Job Corps Road, Pine Knot, Kentucky, 42635. Shipping must be FOB destination, which means that the seller must deliver the good on its conveyance at the destination specified above, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified location. The following provisions and clauses apply: Quoters are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis and according to FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. Quoter must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before an award can be made to them. If the quoter is not registered in the CCR, it may do so through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov.
