This is not a solicitation. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a Request for Proposal development. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on an existing Indefinitely Delivery Contract. The task order will be Firm Fixed Priced. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) is 236220: Size Standard is $33.5 Million. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist of the following: Repairing the Fort Gordon Gym # 6, Bldg 21713. The architectural work includes refurbishing doors, floors, entry passageway, windows, interior & exterior finishes, racquetball courts, cardio areas, locker rooms and restrooms. Also included in the project is the restoration of the existing indoor basketball court to its original design and to repaint surface of exterior basketball court. This project requires demolition of all existing windows, all existing interior and exterior doors, all existing lockers, existing basketball backboard, new HVAC equipment and piping, and some interior finishes. The existing front parking area will be enlarged to accommodate additional parking. Contract drawing sheet A-102 calls for a new type 'D' storefront window. Replace with existing window size. 1.
