- Description
- The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center, 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK, is issuing a solicitation to provide Primary Care Services within a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for an estimated 1,500 veteran patients residing within a 30-mile radius of Wichita Falls, Texas. The following services are included in the solicitation: Primary, post hospital care, radiology, laboratory services and urgent first fill prescriptions to treat acute conditions. Services of the CBOC shall be made available five days a week Monday through Friday during normal clinic operating hours. This procurement is issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 621498 with a size standard of $10M. It is the VA's intention to negotiate and award a single contract for Primary Care Services. This contract will be awarded on a competitive basis under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. Section 8153 pending availability of funds. The contract(s) will be for a period of one year from the date of award with two one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. Costs for primary care services should represent an 'all inclusive' reimbursement for routine delivery of primary health care. Offerors should quote a capitation rate per enrolled patient for a period of one month. The yearly costs should include the cost per patient per month x 12 months x estimated number of patients. All requests for bid packages and/or responses to this notice must be submitted in writing only via email to Beverly.Kimball@va.gov. Bids must be submitted for the entire contract period and must be complete in order to be considered responsive. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the email address above no later than Monday, March 15th. Bids shall be submitted electronically as the Government is not responsible to make available paper copies. All offers shall be due no later than 4:00pm CST Monday, April 5, 2010.
