Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs,VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Water Treatment Specialist, PO Box 11609, Caparra Heights Station, San Juan, PR 00922 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).This action is to provide preventive maintenance and sanitation for the water treatment system at the Hemodialysis Section for the VA Caribbean Healthcare, San Juan, PR.THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation package is available. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to these requirements by March 12, 2010; 2:00PM. America/Puerto Rico. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing by e-mail at Mary.Gugliano@va.gov.
