- Brian Shepard, Contract Specialist 352-381-5707 NF/SG Veterans Healthcare System, Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608 is seeking qualified contractors to submit responsive bids for Valet Parking Services. The work will be performed at VAMC Gainesville, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608-1197. The scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to, furnishing all labor; material and equipment necessary to provide Valet Parking Services. This is a competitive procurement and is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 812930 with a size standard of $7.0 million. This is a negotiated procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. Solicitation VA-248-10-RQ-0255 will be available on or about March 4, 2010. A site visit will be conducted on March 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at VAMC Gainesville, Build (Trailer) T-6 Conference Room, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608-1197, for all potential offerors. Potential offerors shall RSVP NLT 4:00pm EST Monday March 8, 2010 by email only to the contract specialist Brian.Shepard@va.gov. Offerors shall provide the following information on company letterhead: Company name, address, phone number, DUNS, tax identification number, point of contact name and email address. Attendees are limited to two (2) per company. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as the FedBizOpps. FedBizOpps is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. In order to obtain information from FedBizOpps, you will first be required to register with CCR (Central Contractor's Registration) database. You may access CCR at the following URL, www.bpn.gov. Once you register with CCR you will be required to register with FedBizOpps. No federal materials can be downloaded until you have registered under both sites. Also, beginning January 1, 2005, as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) all vendors were required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission. You may access ORCA via the following URL, www.orca.bpn.gov. Potential offerors should refer to the solicitation package regarding instructions involving the use of ORCA. The electronic solicitation VA-248-10-RQ-0255 may be downloaded on http://wwwfedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s), if any to the solicitation.
