Description
This acquisition includes the purchase of a code and part number item where NAVISTAR DEFENSE LLC (338X5), P/N 3113265C92L and PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION (82271), P/N CA021are the approved manufacturers and/or has supplied the item in the past. The intent is to award an indefinite quantity type contract for a one year base and four option years. Solicitation and NSN will be available for download on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. on its issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. NSN(s): 2540-01-567-7429 Item Description: MOTOR, HYDRAULIC Manufacturer’s Code and Part Number: NAVISTAR DEFENSE LLC (338X5), P/N 3113265C92L PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION (82271), P/N CA021 Unit of Issue: Each Destination Information: VARIOUS DLA STOCKING LOCATIONS Delivery Schedule: AS NEEDED All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. on its issue date of 3/22/2010. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five (5) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
