- United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In Greensboro, NC The United States Government seeks to lease existing office and related space consisting of approximately 7,093 rentable square feet in Greensboro, NC. The space should yield 6,168 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Parking requirement is 18 surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North : West Wendover Avenue and Yanceyville St. to Battleground Avenue to Westridge to Joseph Bryan Boulevard to Fleming Road to Ballinger Road and I-73 West: I-73 to I-40 South : I-73 and I-40 to Guilford College Road to Hornady Rd to Bridford Parkway to Hilltop Road to Highpoint Rd to W. Lee St. and S. Dudley/Bennett St. East: Bennett St/Dudley St./Yanceyville St between W. Lee St. And West Wendover Avenue The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 7, 2011 The offered space must meet requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS). The offered location must meet security requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
