- TORQUE WRENCH MULTIPLIER TOOL KIT GSA/FAS is requesting quotes for a SPQ (Standing Price Quote), not to exceed 1 year for NSN 5180-00-935-4642, Torque Wrench Multiplier Kit, General Motors Corp., Electromotive Div (EMD) P/N 9551713 or Waukesha Bearing Corp. P/N SWE221 or equal. Current need is for 1 order for quantity of 1 KT. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. When submitting a quote, include page 2 of the IPD and annotate information about the item that you offer for this kit.
