- The FAA intends to award a purchase order on a single source basis to Multi-Electric Mfg.of Chicago, IL. The order will provide for Unidirectional Approach Lights, Style II, FAA-E-2968 FA-23000/5 and Style I, FAA-E-2968 FA-23000/4 for Portland International Airport, RW 10L/28R. This is a direct buy of FAA Depot supported product. A competitive solicitation is unavailable for this effort. The requirement is being processed using limitation of sources to a single source as provided for under the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Sections 3.2.2.2 and 3.2.2.4 Any questions must be submitted in writing to pat.workman@faa.gov or to Pat Workman, 1601 Lind Ave SW, Renton, WA 98057, prior to March 9, 2010.
