- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): TERRANEAR PMC, LLC, PMC TECHNOLOGIES The Contractor is tasked with conducting a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment on an 8.7 acres site that was a former New Mexico DOT maintenance yard. The assessment will consist of the collection and analyses of soil and groundwater samples and is being completed under EPA's Targeted Brownfields Assessment Program on behalf of the Village of Hatch, NM, to assist in the redevelopment of the site as a proposed Welcome Center for the New Mexico Regional Spaceport.
