- Description
- The US Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Lethality Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for an Oil Transfer System to support the M777A2 Lightweight Howitzer. Its purpose is to fill and vent the hydraulic recoil and scavenge system accumulators on M777A1/A2 howitzer systems. A firm fixed price contract with two options shall be used for this acquisition utilizing 100% Small Business Set-Aside procedures. The quantity requirement shall be 175 units to be delivered two months after contract award with one Option for up to 50 and a second Option up to 100 units. The competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available electronically at the following Internet address: http://procnet.pica.army.mil on or about fifteen (15) days from date of this announcement. Proposal will be required less than thirty (30) days of date of release of the RFP.
