- NSN 3110-00-317-6300, Bearing, Roller, Cylindrical. Item is solicited as Unrestricted. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 393 days ARO. Critical Application Item applies. Source Control Item applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 336 each for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 84 each for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 672 each for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. End item application is in support of F-15 AMAD. Solicitation issue date is March 19, 2010. The date is subject to change.
