- RECOVERY THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 8(a) OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ACT (15 U.S.C. 637(a)). PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR: Alutiiq Manufacturing Contractors LLC., 3909 Arctic Blvd., Suite 400, Anchorage, AK 99503. RECOVERY--PROJECT NUMBER 34158, Repair Sanitary Sewerlines Failing Vitrified Clay Pipes This is an 8(a) sole source procurement pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)). One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. This project consists of repairing failing sanitary sewerlines, located on Join Base Lewis-McChord, North Fort and Lewis Cantonment area. The magnitude of Construction is $1M- $5M and the completion period is estimated at 180 calendar days. The NAICS code for this project is 237110.
