- The United States Patent and Trademark (USPTO) plans to award a sole source Purchase Order with Facilities Design Consultants, 24016 Santa Anita Court, Damascus, MD 20872 to provide the following services: Installation, reconfiguration, maintenance and repair of USPTO's existing Precision Furniture on a labor hour basis. Facilities Design Consultants is the only responsible source to provide the aforementioned services as it is the exclusive distributor for Precision furniture in the Washington Metropolitan area. If any other vendor(s) perform installation, reconfiguration, maintenance or repair of this furniture all manufacturer warranties will be voided.
