- The solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for multiple NSNs with a 1-year base and 4 option years. The item is Bearing, Ball, Annular. The NSNs and required delivery are as follows: 3110-01-418-8292 (158 DARO), 3110-01-418-8291 (128 DARO), 3110-01-419-2220 (197 DARO), 3110-01-424-2105 (85 DARO) & 3110-01-448-6155 (161 DARO). The sources cited in the item description are SKF USA, Incorporated, CAGE 38443, P/N 1906SA3LOA08C65S299340 and Timken Aerospace & Super Precision, CAGE 78118, P/N HKDB 006-134. Origin & Destination inspection/accepance applies. FOB is Destination. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation scheduled release date is March 17, 2010. End application item is T38 aircraft. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. Proposals may be faxed to the bid custodian at (804) 279-4165. The date is subject to change.
