- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. The government intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Infrastructure LLC, a small business concern, to revise design documents for the Rapid Bridge Replacement. Infrastructure LLC developed the original design standards for The Protective Design Center under a prior effort. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) or 41 U.S.C.253(c)(2) per FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received within three days of this posting. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A solicitation is not available.
