- The Sacramento District announces the completion of evaluations of the Step One Technical Proposals for the Joint Federal Project, Folsom Dam, Control Structure which is a Two-Step Sealed Bid. Three firms submitted proposals and all three proposals were acceptable. The firms will be the ONLY firms permitted to participate in the Step Two Sealed Bid and are listed in alphabetical order: Barnard-Shimmick Joint Venture 701 Gold Ave Bozeman, MT 59715; Granite Construction Company 585 West Beach Street P.O.
