- Map of Delineated Area U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 2,042 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 1,776 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must be available for tenant occupancy no later than March 1, 2011. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. The offeror must be able to provide parking for four (4) government owned vehicles. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Year term, Five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Fort Washington, PA within the bounded area described below: From the intersection of Limekiln Pike (Rt. 152) and Norristown Road: Travel South on Rt. Limekiln Pike (Rt. 152) to Fort Washington Avenue Travel Southwest on Fort Washington Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue Travel Southeast on Pennsylvania Avenue to Twining Road Travel Northeast on Twining Road to Welsh Road (Rt. 63) Travel Northwest on Welsh Road (Rt. 63) to Pennsylvania Turnpike (276) Travel East on Pennsylvania Turnpike (276) to Easton Road (Rt 611) Travel North on Easton Road (Rt 611) to Horsham Road (Rt 463) Travel Northwest on Horsham Road (Rt 463) to Norristown Road Travel Southwest on Norristown Road to Limekiln Pike (Rt. 152) EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MARCH 17, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building 2) Floorplans of space offered. 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 4) Rentable Square Feet offered 5) Percentage Common Area Factor used to determine rentable square feet 6) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. 7) Indicate whether the offered building is within a 100-year floodplain.
