- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY On February 25, 2010 the General Services Administration awarded a contract for Main Lobby Ceiling & Lighting Modifications to improve lighting levels and efficiency and sound levels in lobby at the Anthony J. Celebrezze Federal Building, 1240 E. Ninth Street, Cleveland, OH 44199. The contract included the award of Line Item 0001. This line item include installing stretch ceiling in the elevator lobby areas; replacing acoustical ceiling & lighting in the elevator lobby areas; refurbishing & reinstalling architectural metal ceiling panels; refurbishing and reinstalling mechanical louver panels; and removing temporary lighting and installing can lights in the main lobby. This solicitation was procured as a 8(A) sole source set-aside. The period of performance is 180 days after Notice to Proceed has been issued. Award has been made to Pinnacle Construction Development Group, Inc., 38220 Willoughby Parkway, Unit A, Willoughby, OH 44094 in the amount of $652,387.35.
