- RECOVERY – This notice is for information purposes only as required by FAR subpart 5.7 “Publicizing Requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment of Act 2009”. It is the intent of the Forest Service to use an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) AG-82X9-B-08-010 to procure six Prefabricated Schweitzer Buildings for the San Juan National Forest. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (FAR 8.401 & FAR 8.405-3). The Forest Service will enter into negotiations with firms under the existing contracts to reach a best value determination for award. The San Juan National Forest intends to replace six buildings at the following locations Teal Campground- 26 miles North of Pagosa Springs, Colorado; West Fork Campground – 16 miles East of Pagosa Springs, Colorado; Transfer Campground – 11 miles North of Mancos, Colorado; Bridge Campground (North and South) – 20 miles North of Pagosa, Colorado and Transfer Park Campground – 23 miles Northeast of Durango, Colorado
