- (Subject Continued) Barracks #904 and RECOVERY Project #25295 Barracks #904 Replace HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Finishes RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: SWD HUBZONE MATOC IDIQS for solicitation W9126G-10-R-0087 The work to be performed is two-fold: (1) to provide a Design-Build for Building #904, providing new construction for laundry facilities on every floor of the building, and (2) to replace the HVAC system, the pluming and electrical work, and to perform some changes to the finishes. These projects are in support of training missions. This action is for Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas.
