Description

Scope of work for Exit Sign Replacements-Treasure Island Job Corps Center, San Francisco, California Contractor to provide the following work for Treasure Island Job Corps Center- San Francisco, California: Replace 10 (LED) expired self-luminous signs in Building 364 (Warehouse, Support and Administration Departments). Provide 22 (LED) type exit sign, 10 on 1st floor, 6 on 2nd floor and 6 on third floor and replace expired self-luminous signs for Building 365 (Vocation and Administration Departments). Provide 18 (LED) type exit signs, 8 on 1st floor, 4 on second floor, 6 on third floor and replace expired self-luminous signs for Building 366 (Academic Education Department). Provide 16 (LED) type exit signs, 8 on 1st floor, 4 on second floor and 4 on third floor, replace expired self-luminous signs for Building 367 (Vocational, Education and Career Transition Departments) Provide 4 (LED) type exit signs to replace the expired self-luminous signs for Building 368 (Cafeteria and Culinary Departments). Provide 69 (LED) type exit signs, 4 in the Annex, 13 on each of the five dormitory floors, to replace expired self-luminous signs for Building 369 Dormitory. Contractor will properly dispose all the replaced exit signs and provide a certificate of disposal. Contract is to provide written warranty for the above statements upon completion of work.
