NOUN: Link Assembly, Drive; PRON: AX0T6011AX; NSN: 1560-01-575-2366 P/N: CE01167D109LGNA; Quantity: 13 Min Qty/39 Max Qty on a firm fixed price (1 year base and 2-100% Options) type contract applicable to CH-47 Turbine Engine with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 13 each 275 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 13 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to: Pall Aeropower Corporation (CAGE: 18350) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. WARNING: THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, U.S.C., SEC 2751 ET SEQ.) OR EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
