- Description
- The USDA Forest Service Region 5, Regional Office 1323 Club Drive Vallejo, CA, Public Service staff, need to establish values for recreation residences fee determination as directed by Cabin Users Fee Fairness Act of 2000. The residence are located in the Angeles National Forest area in Southern California. Recreation Residence tracts located throughout the Angeles NF from Bouquet Canyon and Lake Hughes to Mt Baldy, Wrightwood and Little Rock. Some tracts are hike-in; up to 2 or 3 miles each way. Self-contanined appraisal report(s) to appraise identified typical lot(s) within each recreation residence tract on the Angeles NF. Estimated market value provides the basis for use fee determination for the next 10 years. Appraisals for this assignment are directed through the Cabin Users Fair Fee Act of 2000. Assignment includes 23 Tracts, 53 Typical Lots, and approximately 500 Permit Holders. The NAICS code is 531320 and the Size Standard is $2M. The desired start date will be June 1, 2010 and the project completion date is set for November 30, 2010. The Request for Proposals are due Friday, March 26, 2010, no later then 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time. The Government intends to issue the solicitation electronically only. All documents will be posted on fedbizopps.gov for downloading on Thursday, March 4, 2010.
