- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation to install electric heat pump system, complete with duck work for 4 homes and 3 duplexes. Project is located in Hanksville, UT, located in Wayne County, UT. Site visit is scheduled for March 30, 2010 at 11:00 am. Participants are to meet at the Henry Mountain Field Station 380 South 100 West Hanksville, UT. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $33.5M. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee-20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds-100% of the contract price each. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net on or about March 17th, 2010. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
