- AMENDMENT ONE (1) RECOVERY: THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROCUREMENT: In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub. Law 111-5, The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Rocky Mountain Regional Office, Office of Facilities Management, Blackfeet Agency, Browning, MT is soliciting quotes for approximately kitchen cabinets and carpeting materials for seventeen (17) Government quarters. This Amendment incorporates the Amended Plans and Specifications for this requirement for 17 Government cabinets and countertops and 6.072 square feet of carpet. All prices should be inclusive of Blackfeet Tribe Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) Fees and Delivery charges to the BIA Blackfeet Agency in Browning, MT 59417. Email all questions and your Quote to Jay Windy Boy, Contracting Officer at alvin.windyboy@bia.gov. The RESPONSE DATE is hereby extended until 1:00 pm on Friday, March 12, 2010. FAXED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
