- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement is a MODIFICATION TO TASK ORDER TO AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT FOR Construction Management Services for Commissioning Agent and Construction Management Services for the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Upgrade, for Repair and Alteration Project at the Sam M. Gibbons U.S. Federal courthouse Tampa, FL. This is not a request for quotations. The modification being made against Jacob's pre-priced IDIQ Construction Management Services Contract which was competed. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry classification System (NAICS) code of 236220.
