Description
RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE USFWS REGION 6 ND/MT MATOC IDIQ CONTRACTS. RECOVERY - Geothermal and Photovoltaic System, Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge, Sargent County, North Dakota, FFS Project Number: 4141R6JA, TAS::14 1610::TAS This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 6 has a requirement to install a Geothermal and Photovoltaic System at the Tewaukon NWR, North Dakota. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on an exisitng IDIQ contract. These contracts were awarded under competitive 8(a) guidelines with the use of best value source selection procedures. These contracts are 601818D700 - MCS Environmental, Inc; 601818D702 - Keplin-Gracon JV; 601818D749 - Hardrives Construction, Inc. The task order will be firm fixed price. The NAICS code is 237130, Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction; size standard $33.5 Million. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. PROJECT INFORMATION: Provide all equipment, labor, and material required to install, a new geothermal heating and cooling system for Quarters 124, new geothermal hydronic heating system for the Fire Cache and 20KW field mounted Photovoltaic System (PV). The site of the work is at the Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge, located approximately, 12 miles southeast of Forman, North Dakota. ARRA REQUIREMENT: THE AWARDEE WILL BE SUBJECT TO SECTION 1512(C) OF THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT WHICH REQUIRES EACH CONTRACTOR TO REPORT ON ITS USE OF RECOVERY FUNDS UNDER THE AWARDED CONTRACT. THESE REPORTS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.
