- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quotation (RFQ MIPR10015) is being issued by DITCO-EUROPE, Unit 4235, Box 375, APO AE 09136-5375. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-37 and DAC 91-13. The proposed acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price commercial item type contract with the procedures detailed in FAR 13.5. NAICS code 334310 applies. Description of requirement: The government has a requirement for Polycom or equal VTC equipment, on-site installation and on-site maintenance service. ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE JITC CERTIFIED AND 220 VOLTS. The contract will include the following CLINs: Item 0001 Videoconference System, HDX 8004 XL: Incl HD codec, Eagle Eye HD camera, HDX mic array, 4M LR, P+C, PoC, English remote. Cables: 2 sets of VGA video (DVI-to-VGA), audio (RCA-to-RCA), HDCI breakout (HDCI-to-BNC), LAN, RJ11, PAL, QTY: 1 Item 0002 Network Interface Module, Serial Network Module for HDX series (RS449, RS350 with RS366 dialing). Includes HDX external peripheral interface box, QTY: 1 Item 0003 Adapter Cable for Network Interface Module, Cable, RS-530 with RS-366, 5' Serial Cable, HD-68M to 'Y' RS-530 DB-37M / RS-366 DB-25M, QTY: 1 Item 0004 Serial AB Switch, Isolated RS530 Switch including Cable Set Red/Black and Remote status display module, QTY: 1 Item 0005 Ethernet AB Switch, Market Central secure IP Switch, QTY: 1 Item 0006 Room Controller, AMX NI 3100 Controler AMX MVP 5200 Touch Panel AMX PSU28 Powersupply USR WAP WiFi Installation costs, incl. RS232 cables and Programming, QTY: 1 Item 0007 Shipment and Installation on-site in GERMANY, Shipment and installation including Installation Material, Cables & Connectors, documentation in an electronic format and comprehensive User/Administrator training, QTY: 1 Item 0008 Maintenance Service, Premier One Year on-site Service Germany, QTY: 1 Commercial Address: USAMMCE, ATTN: Petra Huether, Husterhoeh Kaserne, Gebaeude 4190, 66953 Pirmasens, Germany Delivery shall be made no later than 30 days after receipt of order unless otherwise stated on quotation. Any variation shall be provided as the number of days after receipt of order. Only quotes reflecting US Dollar or Euro currency are acceptable in response to this requirement. If offers are received in EURO, offers will be evaluated by converting the Euro currency to US Dollar currency, using the rate published on www.OANDA.com, in effect on the closing date of solicitation. Award shall be made based on lowest price, technically acceptable. New equipment is required. The following clauses/provisions are applicable: FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-3 or certification that these have been completed online via Online Representations and Certifications application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov.
