Description
RA10038004/ IQC10038009003. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for two NSN’s: 6685-00-514-5327, Indicator, Temperature, manufactured in accordance with specification number Mil-I-6669C (3) NOT 3, type number MS28009-2 and NSN: 6685-00-557-3111, Indicator, Temperature, manufactured in accordance with specification number Mil-I-25026B NOT 2. This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This item is not a CSI item. This item is not commercial. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. The estimated annual demand quantity of 24 each per base year and 24 each for the option years for NSN 6685-00-514-5327. The estimated annual demand quantity of 12 each per base year and 12 each for the option years for NSN 6685-00-557-3111. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available at CFolders. Surge requirements do not apply. First Article Testing (Contractor) is required. Required delivery is 96 days ARO after First Article Testing is approved for NSN: 6685-00-514-5327 and required delivery is 72 days ARO after First Article Testing is approved for NSN 6685-00-557-3111. FOB DESTINATION and Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN is required. This item is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the issue date via the BSM DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS): at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
