- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334418, Size Standard 500 Employees. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition Number F2KHXO9356A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38 effective 01 February 2010. The Government intends to award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government price and other factors considered. The Government intends to award 10 contract line item numbers: CLIN 0001 - Laser & Vision highly flexible Pick & Place System with laser and vision centering. Includes: Automatic fiducial recognition system, intelligent feeder bus for P to 180 feeders, CCD camera for teach-in, universal magnetic PCB fixation, automatic tool changer w/8 tools, PC with Windows XP and control software, includes calibration nozzle. FLX-CAD Universal CAD data conversion software for all formats, installed on pick & place. FLX-LIG LED illumination. FLX-SIX 3 color status signal tower.
