- February 19, 2010 NIHOF2009132 Custodial Inspection Questions and Answers Question 1 - If the organization is a SDVOSB does this satisfy requirement for this solicitation or is this solicitation requiring that the project manager him/herself be a service disabled veteran? In other words, must the organization and project manager "BOTH" be service disabled veterans. Answer - Only the person overseeing the daily operation of the requirement/contract should be a service disabled veteran. Question 2 - How is past performance graded? If the organization as the entity has limited past performance as outlined in this solicitation but the environmental services directors and project managers have a combine 50 plus years managing and directing multiple large scale facilities and projects, can credit be awarded for their experience? Answer - Past performance will be evaluated as stated in Section E.2 - 52.212-2 - Evaluation -Commercial Items Under number 3 - Past Performance. Question 3 - Does "Serviced Disabled Veteran" refer to a specific employee, or does it refer to the Service Disabled Veteran-Owned small business as a whole? Answer - Serviced Disabled Veteran- refers to the business as a whole. Question 4 - Will there be a new pricing module that reflect the correct performance date? Answer - Amendment dated February 17, 2010, establishes the new period of performance. Section B Pricing table will reflect the new period of performance at date of award. Question 5 - Is the due date being extended given the recent weather related inconveniences experienced in the Metropolitan area? Answer - The due date for the submission of proposals have been extended to March 3, 2010.
